Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation • All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment. • You’ll receive a confirmation email or message upon successful booking. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. • If Gavimanifest needs to reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to move your session. 3. Late Arrivals • Sessions begin and end on time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may shorten the session or require rescheduling without refund. 4. Refund Policy • Refunds apply only to cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. • All refunds will be processed within 5 business days. 5. Presence & Energy Please come with openness, respect, and readiness to engage.
